Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Youβll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We hope you enjoy your SKEA gear, but if the product youΒ purchased directly from SKEA Limited at full retail price isnβt exactly what you expected, we will be happy to take back your unworn and unwashed item within 14 days of the date your item was received.
All Sale merchandise isΒ final saleΒ and is not eligible for return for refund. We will happily exchange or issue store credit for final sale items you would like to return.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

1. Send the item with original invoice or confirmation email to address below. If you do not have your invoice, please include a note with your name, email, phone, and reason for return.

2. Once SKEA receives the item, we will process the refund back on the card used at time of purchase.
Any returnsΒ must have a SKEA return authorization number on the outside of the box, and must included a printed RA form from Skea Limited. Call 303-371-5324 or email customersvc@skealimited.com to request a RA form/ RA #.

SKEA Advertising Policy
SKEA offers a co-operative advertising with their retail partners equal to 2% of retail purchases, based on a 50/50 co-op payment of approved advertising space costs only. SKEA logo must be equal in size to shop logo. Contact us to inquire: 303-371-5324 or customersvc@skealimited.com

SKEA offers a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship. Limited lifetime warranty means for the practical lifetime of the garment, not the lifetime of the purchaser. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover: damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, natural decomposition of colors & materials.
Repair costs to warranty items vary depending on defect, and are the responsibility of SKEA Limited. If we cannot repair it, we will provide customer with like item or credit in the amount that the item cost at time of purchase, customer must have proof of payment or receipt.
Repair costs to non-warranty items vary depending on damage and are responsibility of the customer.Β
WeΒ make clothing forΒ women who actually ski, so we get that there may be some wear and tear on your jackets. We are happy to repair any rips, tears, or damages within the first 10 years ofΒ purchasingΒ your Skea. Pricing for repairs ranges from$20-$50 depending on the damage.
Follow the below procedure, for repairing your Skea.Β
1. Send the jacket back to our warehouse address 150 Capital Dr Suite 270 Golden, CO 80401Β
2. Please be sure to include your original invoice if you have it OR a note with your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what is wrong with the jacket.Β
3. Once your jacket is received by our team in Golden, we will send it off for repair, which roughly takes 4-6 weeks.Β
4. We will invoice you at the email you provided with the cost for repair. Once payment is remitted, we will ship the garment back to you!
SKEA will not provide return labels for repairs.
