WHERE IS SKEA MADE AT?
Great question! Skea had a manufacturing facility in Colorado up until the early 2000s, then we had to move to a manufacturer overseas in Asia to keep up with competition.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our goal is to make sure all orders are fulfilled on time, perfect, and damage free. However, we are only human and can make mistakes. If your order is wrong or damaged, please contact us directly at 303-371-5324 or customersvc@skealimited.com and we will make the situation right.
WHO ARE YOUR MODELS?
The models you see in our newest collections are all friends and family of Diane Boyer, and the Skea Gals who volunteer their time! THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
We like to keep things fresh at Skea so most of our seasonal prints and colors are limited run, meaning when they’re gone they’re gone for good. If you can’t find the item you’re looking for on our website, please check with one of our online or local dealers. Alternatively, you can shoot us an email at customersvc@skealimited.com and we can help you find a similar solution.

DO YOU WHOLESALE YOUR PRODUCTS?

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are headquartered in the gateway to the Rockies - Golden, Colorado! We do not have a storefront, just a warehouse and 3 office gals. However, we do offer local pick up as an option if you order online! Just be sure to give us a call at 303-371-5324 if you wish to pick up your order, so we know when to expect you!
DOES FUR COME WITH EVERY JACKET?
Faux or Real Fur trims are optional on any Skea Jacket with a Hood! The price is NOT included with the jacket. If you are a Fur Gal, the trim will simply add a elevated look, but if you aren't a Fur Gal, no sweat - you will still look STUNNING in your Skea! Shop available Faux and Real Fur trims here.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SKEA?
We get these questions often, and don't mind at all! We would rather have you quick call us and ask how to wash your jacket or other garment, before the damage is done. See Skea Wash and Dry Instructions here. For all other questions, call us at 303-371-5324 or email customersvc@skealimited.com.
CAN I ADD PERSONALIZATION FOR MY SKEA?
As we are a very small company we don't have the capabilities of personalization to our garments in-house. However, if you wanted to order garments in bulk for a team, company, club, or group, we would be happy to discuss pricing and refer you to a graphics company to add personalization. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We would be happy to ship your Skea internationally! We would love to outfit your next adventure overseas! Please email customersvc@skealimited.com or give the Skea Gals a call at 303-371-5324 to confirm details/ pricing.
HOW DOES SKEA FIT?
For the most part, Skea sizing runs True to size. Unless otherwise noted on the product description, go with the size that you normally wear in outerwear. If you normally size up in jackets, then size up in Skea. Don't hesitate to give us a call at 303-371-5324 or email us, we'd be happy to assist you in ordering the correct size!
